This is pretty rare in NZ, to deliver an end-to-end service that is pleasant and compelling.
These Pet Angels guys have definitely got their goals and vision sorted as far as overall customer experience goes.
I’ve heard from at least 5 of my friends they deliver their promise. Why can’t NZ services be like these guys? From every point of sales/touch point, they seem to offer the same consistent service that appeals to pet owners.
